Refund policy

Effective 10.10.2026r. This policy covers PDF HYROX guide, a digital download from https://hyroxpacer.com.

Digital products are delivered immediately. Because the PDF is delivered straight after payment and cannot be returned, purchases are final once the download has started. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after download.

Your legal rights. At checkout you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw once the download begins. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

If something is wrong, we will fix it or refund you. Contact race.execution@gmial.com within 30 days of purchase if:

• the file will not open, is corrupted or is incomplete
• the file is not the product you ordered
• the product is materially different from its description

We will first send a working file. If we cannot fix the problem within 7 days, we will refund the price you paid, including tax, to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Duplicate or accidental orders. If you were charged twice for the same product, tell us within 14 days and we will refund the extra payment.

Download did not start. If you have not started the download, you can still cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to race.execution@gmial.com with your order number.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first. Most issues are solved faster by email than through a bank dispute.
